We are required to have golf cart insurance, and provide proof of such. Therefore, ALL kids, not just the owner’s, should be allowed to drive around on a golf cart! Let her drive around her yard, if she chooses. But to strut her privileged self around in front of all the other kids who aren’t allowed to drive their carts is wrong! And honestly, on the edge of bullying!!!!
