as you can see I didn't rate anything in the stars because they don't have a negative area. We rented a 5th wheel ended up with a driving camper. The camper was very small compared to what the 5th wheel was that I thought we were renting. The main bed had something on it that I wasn't cleaning up for them so that bed was unusable. The other two fold down beds were dirty and when we folded them down to use there was items left and the one was a baby bottle that looked like worms inside of it. the heater worked occasionally and it was extremely cold the nights that we stayed,, refrigerator was taped up and we couldn't use it. I could go on and on but they won't even return our phone calls. I was hoping they would refund some of our money because of the horrible conditions. We ended up leaving early because the camper was so discussing. I would not recommend this camp ground to anyone
