Rented one of their RVs. We've stayed 2 weeks so far with endless issues. Despite making reservations over one month in advance and being assured our camper would be ready for us, it wasn't. The day we arrived, the bathroom water was frozen. When they finally got it thawed the next day, the toilet leaked and is still leaking despite telling the maintenance staff several times. Then we began getting a sewer smell in the camper. They came to fix it after a few more days. The "fix" only lasted a day and the smell came back. It's been 5 more days, with multiple trips and calls to the office/maintenance staff, and we're still waiting for it to be resolved. The smell is terrible ! The sewer line in the ground outside is frozen so we can't drain our tanks when they're full and the shower house nearby is not functional on the men's side ( broken shower, toilets not working). Also, the WiFi they claim to have has not worked either. We're supposed to stay longer but are now looking for other places to stay. If I could give negative stars, I would.
