Service was prompt. Quality was efficient. We won't be recommending them.
While we were pleased with the results of the diagnostics we really didn't think it should have cost as much as it did ($225.50). That seems a bit high for them to just tell us it wasn't the water heater. It turned out it was an electrical issue and a relative was able to fix the problem at no cost whatsoever. We just had to pay for a new breaker switch.
