Aurelio and Isaac came out same day as my hot water heater outage and installed a new hot water heater and “fixed” some of the previous installation piping deficiencies. I didn’t ask them to do that, they just recognized the inefficiency and corrected the issues. Signs of true professionals and well run organization.
