We came home from work one evening & found a spot of water on our hardwood flooring. Thinking one of us spilled a drink, we wiped it up. When the water reappeared a few minutes later, we realized that we had a serious problem. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (after hours) and from the initial call taker to the fantastic service tech, "Ernesto," the service was excellent. Ernesto was able to locate what was a pinhole leak in a hot water pipe, shut it off and later returned to fix the leak. Unfortunately, the damage done was rather extensive, but because of Ernesto's work, he was able to isolate the leak and repair it before even more damage could occur.
