Harrell installed a New Unit 2 years ago, and it has been nothing but trouble from the start. The unit has never worked correctly. Most recently we were told our duct work had collapsed, we were given a bill for $1220, which we signed for ALL NEW duct work. The installers came out a few days later and were gone in 30 minutes. Come to find out, they only replaced a 2' section of the duct not ALL of it as we were charged for. Now we have not heat, because the "Heat Strip" was never installed. They are holding our "Heat Strip" hostage until we again sign paper work for new duct work that was not installed! I have called, left messages, with no response. I would not recommend Harrell to my worst enemy!
