n January 2025, I deiced to retire and move back home to Florida, (I was living in Sacramento California at the time) so I started to look at homes on the internet. Once I narrowed it down to a few was advised to get in touch with Lynne in Gainesville. I ended up buying my 1st choice and moved in on July 15th. During the entire process, Lynne was very easy to work with and made buying a house when I lived on the other side of the country a lot less stressful that I thought it would be.
