I have to share what an awesome experience I have had over the last month or so. I have bought and sold many properties over my lifetime but have NEVER had a Realtor as personal, professional, helpful, efficient and thorough as Lynne and Bill Saunders. They guided me through every step of the way and always gave me updates no matter how small they would seem. I loved that! They were spot on with their estimates the first time they did a walk through. It sold within a couple of thousand dollars from their estimate. Wow! Lynne ran into some last minute glitches with the buyers lender but never told me until she straightened it out. It took her about a week to work it out. She never wants to bother her client unless she can't work it out herself. All she wants to call her client for is to say "You are clear to close".The Saunders are definitely known as one of the top realtors in Gainesville and after working with them on the sale of my house I certainly understand why. They both WILL become your personal friend long before your Realtor. And as your Realtor they will guide you all along the way to a trouble free transaction. They truly do treat you like family. If you ever get the chance to meet them you'll look no where else for a Realtor. They are second to none!!! I highly recommend Bill and Lynne for your real estate needs. We need more people like them in this world!
