We are relocating to Gainesville, and visited twice. Each time we had limited availability, and both Bill and Lynne were INCREDIBLE. They are responsive, helpful, extremely knowledgable of the area, fair and unbiased, and worked extra hard to make it happen for us. No matter what time, whatever the question or concern, wherever the property was, they made it happen! Additionally, their deep ties to the community were invaluable in scheduling an inspector, identifying areas we would want to consider, recommending painters and carpenters, pointing us to great restaurants, and finding us an Airbnb to stay at.
