Working with Lynne and Bill Saunders was an absolute delight. They are long time locals and were willing to tour us around all over town even before we were sure we would be moving to the area and had valuable insights into the different neighborhoods and what would be a best fit for our family. They clearly know the market well and coached us step by step on exactly what we needed to do to get the house we wanted - and it worked! Even after we were under contract, they had all of the contacts we needed to continue the process and to set up the house. Absolutely lovely people and fun to be around. Highly, highly recommend.
