After two failed attempts to sell our beautiful home in gainesville we landed upon Lynne and Bill and we are so blessed and thankful! When the market was hot we decided to put our house on the market. I reached out to a couple realtors and decided to list with one. The realtor advised to wait as we had tenants that were not the cleanest or organized. At the time homes were being bought within hours of being listed at this time. So we followed her advisement and held off. Mistake. Because a month and half later the interest rates skyrocketed. We potentially missed out on selling at the peak. Bottom line is if your selling you home, find a realtor who will put in the effort and energy to sell your home. Putting a home on the MLS and having professional pictures take Is not enough. That was the case before the the rates jumped up but not now. We took our home off the market and another realtor reached out and said I think we can sell you home for what you looking for and although they followed through with some open houses that they said they would do it wasn’t enough. So I reached out to an experienced realtor in a different city to get some advice on why our beautiful home had not sold. She said interview 3 different realtors in 3 different companies and don’t choose the one that is considered the “ top realtor” in the company. I did just that. Although I think have Lynne and Bill have earned “top realtors” and still put in effort and energy and enjoy what they do. It shows. I spoke to different realtors and immediately connected with Lynne☺️. She is personable and I believed she said what she was gonna do and she had the confidence. She told me what we needed to do and we listened to everything she said. She ANTICIPATES everything that will happen and because of that our house sold after 3 weeks on the market. I asked her to not be in a binding contract as if our home did not sell in a timely matter we had to rent it out again. BRAVO Lynne and Bill! Please do your self a favor, if you wanna sell your house hire Lynne and Bill Saunders.
