Patti Alvarado was our agent when we sold our townhouse, as first-time sellers. There was a lot we didn't know; fortunately Patti is very knowledgeable and puts things in 'plain english.' She really looked-out for us. She is also great at "pulling strings," and is well-connected with an excellent contractor and similar short-notice resources. Our buyers were a total pain, but Patti was able to put the fires out for us. She is also a great listener, communicated VERY well and very down-to-earth. My wife and I are tough critics who can't stand incompetence. Patti gets an A+, no question about it. Very impressed.
