Lynne and Bill provided my wife and I such a wonderful home buying experience. Let me start by saying that we were moving to Gainesville from out of state for a new job during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were unable to travel down at that time and Lynne and Bill took the time to walk us through the houses we were interested in through FaceTime. We looked at several houses and when one didn’t work out for us, they were very prompt at searching for new options and heading to the house the same day. When we finally were under contract for a house, there ended up being some issues with financing and estate law. Lynne and Bill were very responsive to the needs of the lenders and the estate and were proactive in moving the sale along until closing. Overall what could have been a very tedious and complicated process from out of state was made as smooth as possible by Lynne and Bill’s communication and initiative.
