I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Jill has been in helping us select a home and all the work needed to go to closing. I found Jill the Navy Federals Realtor Plus program. As a veteran I am honored to have the opportunity to use the VA loan option when selecting a mortgage. From the very start Jill contacted me immediately and started helping me and my fiancé to select homes to look at. The house we selected and placed an offer on was not well advertised and Jill went right to work to get as many details as possible for us. She found it out was a bank owned property and that they were completing lots of upgrades to the home. Once we placed the contract Jill made sure the contract was written to include all the livable features were to be included to meet the VA requirements for a home loan. She was able to negotiate for us to select the color pain, floor type and color, appliances, gas installation and a new septic system that was not in compliance with Florida Department of Health standards. Since I was relocating to Archer from Orlando, Jill coordinated every appointment we need from the inspection, water testing, gas inspection, and appraisal. She spent countless hours contacting the county to ensure permits were on time and completed so that we could reach closing on our new home. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond to ensure my closing went as smoothly as possible despite all the extentions need to close. We first saw the property on Memorial Day weekend and went to closing on 9/15/2019.
