My sister and I were very happy with the outcome of the sale of our family home in Gainesville. At first we were hesitant to put it in the market but Tony was sure it would be sold quickly. He was correct. I felt it was a joint effort between Tony, the person who prepared the house for sale with renovations, and us as the owners. Although there were a few glitches as expected we all worked well together to get the job done well. We are so happy that Tony was able to find a family that we feel will appreciate the house and the yard. We were also very satisfied with the final amount agreed on for sale. Overall the experience under the guidance of Tony was excellent.
