Ripano was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their sales team was helpful and always willing to answer questions. The installation team was prompt, respectful, helpful and professional. We had very old countertops that were difficult to remove, but they pried them off and reinforced the counters in areas that were lacking to ensure our countertops are stable and will last a very long time. We only paid for what we got (unlike other companies that may make you pay for the entire slab and then slyly keep the remnants) and the fabrication was top notch. Excellent attention to detail, even extending one 10” section of the countertop an additional 1/4” to neatly adjoin the wall where we had no backsplash. The scheduling is slightly wonky, though (the scheduling staff is delightful though). They give you a lead time for installation, but don’t schedule an actual installation date until maybe a week out. Don’t love the scheduling, but is perhaps an industry standard? Regardless, I would happily order from Ripano again. If I had a big or complex job, they are DEFINITELY the ones I would want handling it!
