I originally went to Home Depot for an estimate because they were having a sale. I had difficulty trying to select something from small samples and I was told that in preparation for installation I would have to remove the bottom row of tiles on my backsplash. All in all I felt uncomfortable and decided I needed to look elsewhere.

My cousin encouraged me to go to Ripano. They had a warehouse with full size slabs, so much easier to make a selection. I was afraid the price would be much higher than HD but to my surprise the estimate was actually less. When I asked what I would need to do in preparation for installation, all I needed to do was clean off the countertops. And an experienced team, not getting random installers, would take care of the rest.

From meeting with Keith at the warehouse, the staff in the office who did the scheduling, Tom who did the template (who had so many great suggestions!) and Paul and the crew doing the installation I couldn’t be happier.

I had a small issue the next day with my dishwasher needing some adjustment. I called at 10am, they were at my house 2 hours later to correct the issue.

Completely satisfied with everyone I interacted with and would recommend them highly!!
