I was actually searching the web for golden doodles and came across your website. We are over 3 hours away and were skeptical in driving the long distance without knowing anything for sure. When I spoke to the Customer Service Rep on the phone, he was wonderful. He assured me that they would "discount" our purchase due to our drive and the fact that we would not be able to utilize the puppy package. When we got to the store, we were completely impressed with the service, knowledge and genuine care of the employees. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! We ended up taking home our forever Woodle furbaby- Trooper! He is amazing and I am so thankful for everyone's help that evening. We have told everyone we know about our experience and that it was totally worth the drive!!!!
