We went to the Naperville store after seeing on their website that they had a male black and tan Shiba Inu pup. We were immediately greeted by Claude who brought the puppy out to us. After letting us get to know the pup, Claude came back and explained the purchase options (financing, etc.), and answered all of our questions. The whole experience was pleasant, professional, and everything else that makes the process of adding a new member to the family fun! Thank you again to the Claude and the Naperville store team!
