To begin with, every staff member is extremely welcoming and warm. The employees are amazing and definitely make you feel like you're at home. This place definitely gave you all the support and everything needed for buying a new puppy. The welcoming home gift / kit they gave you has EVERYTHING that you can possibly need for a new puppy as well. There are so many additional things that go into this place that lets buying a puppy such an easy and make sure you and the puppy are extremely happy.
