I first went to look at puppies at Petland Bolingbrook and I was disappointed so I decided to call Petland Naperville and the manager, Claude was happy to make me an appointment to see a puppy as soon as possible, when I first arrived I got to visit with a puppy right away. Claude was happy to assist me to make sure I was going home with the right puppy and made sure we were a good fit. He also was very knowledgeable when telling me about all of my payment plans and what options I have. Thank you Claude for taking care of me and making sure I was satisfied! Highly recommended
