Promptly responsive, courteous, and professional. The whole process was very easy and organized. The only issue I had was when my cat got out and was gone for a couple hours because the worker opened the bathroom window without telling me. I did let the project supervisor know, and he was very apologetic and accommodating and the issue did not repeat itself the next day when the worker came out again
If it wasn’t for that, I would definitely be giving a five star cause everything else was stellar
