Recently we had TWD remodel our Master Bathroom. From coming into their office with meeting Tiffany we decided to go with this company. Tiffany helped to pick out the design of our bathroom . She met us at a tile company and we picked out what I liked best. Once the job started Robert was our project manager for our job. What impressed us, we had great communications from the company. If I had a problem I would call Robert and he returned my calls as quickly as possible. If something went wrong Robert took care of it. The job took longer than we expected but the results can't be beat!
It was difficult to put our trust in any contractor before we picked TWD. We had a terrible experience, our job wasn't finished and the state I was in asked me to go to court against the other contractor.
We are so happy with the crew at TWD and the results of the remodel. Thank you Tiffany and Robert for all your hard work. I appreciate all that you have done for us. Just gave your card to a neighbor up the street. She wants to do her remodel her bathroom.
