As regular listeners to Rosie on the House, my husband and I realized ahead of time that the remodeling experience was not likely one that would be easy or comfortable or always predictable.

And there were glitches and delays along the way, especially with flooring issues.

However Tom, our project supervisor and Mimi who also assisted in this role, had earned our complete trust.

They kept us informed and because of their experience, knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to excellence, they were able to to complete our remodel to our satisfaction.

Sometimes they worked on weekends, after hours, whatever was needed to limit down-time and provided timely responses to our concerns or questions.

My husband and I had confidence, even when we hit occasional problems, that we would not be left without remedy. We were not disappointed.

As far as the outcome, we love our "new" kitchen, bathroom and flooring! A tip of the hat to our design specialist, Stefanie.

The highest compliment my husband and I can pay a business is if we can comfortably recommend them to family and friends. We will be able to do so.

We will be using TWD's services for another remodeling project later this year, specifically asking that the same supervisory team be assigned to our job.
