Customer Service is great and very transparent and is very helpful 10/10 service in my opinion.

Lilah, my current piano teacher, is clearly knowledgeable about piano and brings a wealth of experience to her teaching. Her lessons are fast paced, which can too fast at times.

While I appreciate her depth of understanding and the enthusiasm she brings to each session, but at times, the pace can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when trying to fully grasp more complex concepts even at the basic levels and the explanations arent always clear. Overall, I value her dedication and expertise, and think she can provide solid training towards the piano.
