So my mother was returning home to live by herself after being in a facility after an illness for about 4 weeks. Using ACC Medlink was a good experience for the most part, the only thing was that when we were trying to schedule with them we were kind of left hanging until the last minute to see if they could actually transport her when we needed them to. I don't think we found out until late Sunday afternoon if they would be able transport her Monday morning. She said the ride was a little bumpy but besides that it was ok. She said the staff on the van was excellent, they were very good to her and took care of all her needs, she was very happy with them. Pricing was a little steep - it cost $6450 for the service. Originally my brother and his wife were supposed to ride with my mother in the van, but then probably 2 days before they decided not to. My sister in law claims she called and they were supposed to send smaller van to save money since they weren't traveling with her anymore, but that didn't happen. To be honest I thought there only was one size van, but she says that they'd agreed to send a smaller one and that would have saved $500 dollars. Besides those two things, the staff was apparently really good and my mother was very happy with them.
