ACC Medlink was responsive, courteous, and provided plenty of information that made the process very easy. It was my first time calling them and they provided long-distance ambulance transport and instilled confidence in the process. It was excellent--what they said it would be and then some. I would tell a potential customer that ACC Medlink does what they say they will do, and then some. I would use them again if I needed to.
