We used ACC Medlink for two different trips. They brought my dad up and back 2 different times from Florida to Georgia. Each trip was around 7 hours and he was comfortable the whole time. The staff was phenomenal. There was a bit of an extra challenge on the second trip where my dad was a patient and my stepmother accompanied him. She has Alzheimer's and they helped deal with that. Terry specifically did a great job.
