I am sure that you would fully understand what it might be like to take a post-surgery six-hour ride in a strange vehicle with three guys you don't know while feeling queasy and half sick. Not fun.

But it soon became apparent that those three men were true experts in their work. They did everything they could to make us comfortable and feel secure. It is safe to say that they went beyond what might be expected of people in those kinds of jobs. Proof of that was displayed when one of them
discovered after they dropped us off home that we had left a cell phone behind. Thirty minutes later they returned, smiling, telling us we had "forgotten something,"

It wasn't long before we recognized that that we were safely and comfortably in the hands of three wonderful guys. Bernard Reynolds Sr, Bernard Reynolds Jr, and Davonta Sanders. They started out as strangers and ended as friends.

Please let your senior management know just how these men are such fine representatives of your Company.
