My brother said the ride was bumpy, he smelled fumes the entire trip. As a master mechanic he stated the van should not have been allowed on the road. My niece where he was dropped off said the nurse was very nice as did my brother. The drivers did carry his luggage into his bedroom. My niece said the drivers were not dressed professionally nor were they friendly. She expected more from this costly service.
