The staff, Linda, Andrea , and Eckner were all great. They made a big difference in an otherwise unbearable 8- 9 hour ride from Phoenix to Albuquerque.

The van, a Mercedes Medic 9 (last manufactured in 1979), was a substandard vehicle that was nothing like the luxury van pictured in their ad.

The ventilation in the back of the van was terrible, as there was only one vent in the front of the vehicle.

The windows were all covered in a black sun-blocking material in an inadequate attempt to compensate for a poor air conditioning system. The black material was a strange choice as that color absorbs rather than reflects the heat, which was very high as we traveled through the Arizona desert.

The suspension was poor, relaying every bump in the road to the passenger compartment.

The trip was a physical ordeal, and I would not wish that experience on any person, especially someone in need of medical transport.
