We were overall disappointed by the service my mother received during her transport from Florida to Connecticut. The booking steps were great and the company was even able to bump up our transport two days when we needed. My mother reported that she was very uncomfortable throughout the trip. The company promotes their comfort for the ride so I was upset to hear this. She was on transport for 27 hours. She reported she was only changed twice and had to ask multiple times to be adjusted in her laying position. She also stated that they stopped multiple times for food on the road and she was left unattended in the van. While on the transport she called me very anxious and upset because she felt the drivers were mistreating her. After the phone call one of the drivers said to her “how dare you call and complain about us. Forget us doing anything else for you.” I would not recommend your company.
