Misrepresented the experience
I had them drive me from Florida to New Jersey after surgery. It was not a luxury trip. Very crowded no place for me to st. Ac didn’t work. I needed to get out every two hours. Told me they had a lift. However it was only for stretchers. I was forced to walk up and down 3 narrow steps. When I complained their answer was they got me home safe. Terrible company
