My brother enjoyed the ride up from Florida to upstate NY (incredibly fast and efficient); the people were very nice to him and the ride was comfortable and interesting. The whole experience from the beginning of contacting Medlink to his arrival at the nursing home was full of excellent people who were friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who has a loved one who needs transport over a distance.
