The on board health provider, Linda, was outstanding! Don't travel without her! The drivers were extremely helpful and patient as well.
The vehicle however had a few issues. The speakers in the rear of the van did not work. The DVD player would mysteriously stop playing each and every DVD we tried to play close to the end of every movie so we never knew the end. I would say we tried to watch about 7 DVDs without avail making the 20 hour trip pretty unbearable.
