They had a robust website, and I thought that their Mercedes van seemed to be a superior vehicle. As soon as I signed up, they began reaching out to me to confirm information, to begin making arrangements, and to research the proper medication needs. They also asked for the specifics about what other items my mother would need to bring along with her. After they picked her up, they made sure to keep me updated about the progress, all the way through to their arrival. They answered any questions I had, and I was impressed by how stress-free their proactivity made things.
