The drivers were very courteous and respectful. We really appreciated their expertise in driving. There weren't any close calls for the entire trip. It was super long all the way across the country. It was a whirlwind of forty-four-hours, but they made it doable. They stopped every few hours for gas and bathroom breaks. My sister in the hospital bed was cared for very well by her nurse, Margaret. We have no complaints about anything done by ACC Medlink. The driver was really nice about what kind of food we wanted, and he would call ahead with the order, so we could eat in the van with my sister who couldn't leave the van. All in all, it was a good experience. The van did rock a bit, and we were facing backwards, but my sister was happy, she could see out the window. We're glad we did it. It was the best way to get her out to California, and ACC Medlink made the logistics easy. Rather than have to drive to an airplane and then figure out flying, we had door to door service in the mud and rain, which they handled with grace.
