I hired this company to transport my mother from one state to another, 500 miles. My mother is bed and wheelchair-bound, and has dementia. All of my concerns were alleviated pretty quickly, when I saw the comfortable mattress they put her on, and the van they were driving with. I followed behind, and anytime my mother asked for me, Banks, the paramedic, opened the window Blinds, so that mom could see I was right behind them! Rosa and Luis were driving, I saw no reason for concern with her driving, again I was right behind them the entire trip. They even bought me coffee at gas stops! Can’t say enough about the drivers, and the company. They coordinated between facilities, and kept in close contact with me prior to the Transport. Highly recommend this company!
