ACC Medlink told me what they would do and did exactly that. They told me how long the trip would take, and they did that in the exact time. My only concern was that there were two stretchers in the van and when my loved one got up to use the restroom it was difficult navigating through the two stretchers. I am otherwise extremely pleased with everything. This was a perfect trip with my loved one arriving safe.
