ACC Medlink has great customer service. The entire team was great! The ride was fine. The only problem that I had was that the loved one riding was very cold. They did stop at a major store and purchased an electric blanket to cover him with. They did solve the problem, but this could have been taken care of in the beginning. Again, the crew was awesome, they accommodated loading my loved one's scooter and taking it with them. Other companies that I contacted would not do this. Rochelle went above and beyond with me and my loved one. She showed tremendous compassion and understanding. I am very pleased with the service and the people!
