We were really in the middle of a family crisis. ACC Medlink came through for us. We had to get a loved one moved a significant distance. They were so in tune with the needs of the family and understood the emotional part of all of it. They made this transition seamless. Furthermore, they were very accommodating, understanding, and very good about keeping in contact with me. They were very open to last minute changes and assured me that there would be no problems, which there wasn't. They made a stressful situation much more bearable. It was important to me that I had confidence in them, and they provided that and much more!
