If I could give ACC Medlink a ten-star rating, I would because they are absolutely fantastic! The two drivers, David and Patrick, were outstanding and made everyone feel safe and comfortable. They all went above and beyond and were just incredible. The transport nurse, I cannot praise enough. When speaking to my loved one, he had such a calming voice. His personality was precious. He was so attentive to my loved one and took care and control right away. When asked for anything, he was right there, getting my loved one taken care of. This man/nurse needs a huge raise. The entire service, from the first phone call that I made, changed everything for me and the transport service that I wanted for my loved one. After speaking to the first person on the phone, I knew in my gut that this company was the one for the job. I wasn't wrong, they delivered. Even though they were not the cheapest, I believe they are the best! Of any service I have ever had by any company, this is the first company to do service perfectly!
