ACC Medlink transported my father from New York to North Carolina. We knew it was not going to be possible to do ourselves, so we did a lot of research and a lot of behind-the-scenes information-gathering. We called ACC Medlink and spoke with them. They were extremely helpful. Throughout the whole process, they were helpful and reassuring. Their communication was outstanding, from before picking my dad up, during transport, and as they were about to arrive. They were very pleasant when they arrived. They got my dad settled into the new facility and just like that, they were gone. We weren't able to travel with my dad, so it was very comforting to know that ACC Medlink had the two drivers and the nurse on board and that they knew exactly what to do. Don't research any further. ACC Medlink is worth every dime! You'll have a level of comfort because you'll know your loved one is in good hands.
