They were fabulous! I give ACC Medlink five-plus stars! I've already recommended them to several others with similar needs. My 98-year-old mom broke her femur and had to be transported from Arcadia, CA to the rehab facility in St. George, UT. She was confined to a bed and the whole ordeal had been just horrible. My son is a pilot and recommended flying Mom, but it was too expensive. So, my husband got online and found ACC. They were the most responsive company we found and we are happy we hired them. My mother was extremely apprehensive, but Kim, the nurse, and Patrick, the driver were both wonderful. They made sure she was physically and mentally ready to go before starting the van. I was onboard and saw first-hand the excellent care Kim gave my Mom. Mom finally relaxed enough to sleep through a lot of the three-hundred-sixty-mile trip. When she woke up, Kim was right there at her side. I can't say enough good things about them. Kim even offered me snacks along the way. Kim and Patrick made a terrible ordeal bearable for all of us. Their compassion was remarkable.
