After comparing three companies that I had found on the internet, I chose ACC Medlink over the others. This was my first time having to use this type of service. In fact, until I just happened to read about this online, I did not even know it existed. I had called each company and began making my comparisons. For some reason, I just had "that feeling" that made me feel most comfortable after talking with ACC Medlink. Their customer service was outstanding! Of course, price was also a factor. However, the team they explained to me went beyond the transport part of it--making me feel that was the correct company to go with. My aunt was a cancer patient and she was deteriorating quickly. My mother was a seventy-nine year old in a hospice facility. The transport was to take them from Florida to Tennessee. The unit arrived on time that included a paramedic, plus two drivers that were also medically trained. They set it up quickly and professionally. The staff was very personable and gave my family the utmost respect and care. ACC Medlink far exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely recommend them to others. I cannot thank them enough for handling everything so professionally for us.
