For service, I give them a 27 out of 5 rating. For willingness to recommend, I give them a 30 out of 5. The total experience is also a high rating! This was our first time using ACC Medlink. Hopefully, it will be the last. But I cried I was so grateful! There's nobody else I would ever call if I needed long-distance transportation. ACC Medlink transported my mother from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to Thomas, West Virginia. It was an outstanding experience. They're a top-notch outfit. They were very professional and very responsive. We could not have asked for a better experience. I have not one single complaint. They were kind and caring for my mother. They were fast to respond. Within an hour the trip had been set up. They made her very comfortable. Plus the vehicle was comfortable. Even the stretcher was! It had a great, 8" memory foam mattress on it. ACC Medlink is an ambulance transport which takes you long distance over 200 miles. They're equipped too. They have a Mercedes Sprinter van they drive. Plus they had a nurse on the back of the van who could stand up to her full height. They transport family members. They have two professional drivers so they could drive 24 hours a day. They had oxygen and suction....everything but a ventilator. I would recommend ACC Medlink to my family and friends. In fact, I would recommend to anybody who asks! They have nationwide services. They even charged $1000.00 less than the local companies were quoting me because they staffed a crew who came with a van. They picked her up and then dropped her off. When they're job was complete, they were called locally for their next job. They do ambulance transport, private air charter if you need a ventilator. They even do commercial accompaniment with an EMT as well as international transport. Put their number in your phone! You won't regret it.
