Couldn't be more satisfied! After several competitors couldn't serve our needs, the ACC Medlink scheduler (Jen) arranged a last minute trip by pulling in staff who were on break to accommodate a last minute urgent request. The nurse (Jan) was incredibly smart and detailed, and yet patient and empathetic. The drivers were friendly and gentle when they had to move the patient (my mom). The van was smooth, roomy and comfortable. I wouldn't have asked for anything, all our needs were accounted for. Highly recommended!
