Had them come out to clean the ducts and condenser to remove a cigar smoke oder. It did not work. Paid to have them retreat again and still did not work. They are very nice people on the phone to deal with, but I can't recommend them for this work. Will now have to hire someone else.
To be clear prior to them treating the house. The carpets were removed the doors, molding and all appliances were removed. The walls were wiped with TSP, primed with a problocker and 2 coats of paint. The floors were replaced with hardwood. House professionally cleaned.
