The crew of Stephen, Luis and Dan, when they arrived, explained exactly what they were going to do, setup their equipment, removed all of the grills and cleaned them, cleaned all of the upper ducts, put all of the grills back in place, cleaned the main trunk line and showed us before and after pictures.
